OEM License Key

The OEMLicense Key is

For use only by customers who choose to use Manually Reported Runtime licensing.
A unique identifier of the customer, product, version, edition, and platforms for which the license is valid.

When this key is set via the SetOEMLicenseKey method, the component is completely licensed and can be distributed without any further licensing operations.
